- 3 qt. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. spaghetti, broken up
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Heat water and salt to boiling. Add broke up spaghetti. Cook slowly until spaghetti is tender. In a gravy shaker, mix milk and flour and add to spaghetti. Heat until boiling, then add Velveeta cheese until nice and cheesy. In another skillet, fry hamburger with onions, salt and pepper. Add spaghetti sauce and brown sugar. Heat until bubbly. Serve as gravy on the spaghetti. A pan of fresh warm garlic bread sticks are a great complement with this meal.
