Can anyone please identify this common bush that blooms at this time of year? The little blooms smell wonderfully sweet like honeysuckle.

I didn't know how to stop this posting while it was pending, but I believe this is called a honeysuckle bush, based on photos I have seen online and the fact that it smells like honeysuckle.
It's a silver lace vine.
The flowers look small, reminds me of a Jasmine bush. There are many types of them but this is what they look like up close. http://image04.webshots.com/4/1/10/45/69811045jwhVHh_ph.jpg
It looks a lot like the star jasmine that grows in my yard. Mine is not a bush, but a climber.
Ligustrum obtusifolium var. regelianum- Regal Privet.
I have it growing in my garden, zone 5 Ontario, for 10 years now.
Can seed in the garden.
Responds well to pruning. Tolerates dense shade or full sun.
