Here is the second plant I wish to ID. (I submitted a question already, but it only allowed me to upload one picture.)
Sorry for the poor quality images.
Hardiness Zone: 6a

Thick fleshy leaves? My guess (this blurry) is sedum or portulaca.
It looks like a plant I have which is a Jade Plant. My husband bought it last year and planted it outside because the tag indicated it was an outdoor plant in certain zones but here in the northeast (NJ) its an indoor plant. Luckily I took a snip and have a nice indoor plant now - does great in a sunny spot.
Here is a link with some pics. Mine has only green leaves though. http://www.indoor-plant-care.com/in ... t_details&id_razred=3&id=491
Forgot to mention that when planted outdoors, this one did not return so 'annual' if you want to plant it outdoors.
Another link for a jade plant which more closely resembles yours.
