You could also check at any college who teaches Art History in your area. They can tell you if it is a mass produced mask, or authentic hand made mask. You may be able to download pictures to send. There are other outlets that may be able to help- www.askart.com/

It looks like it is from Africa. You need to see a dealer, as just a picture is not enough for anyone to identify if and give it a value.
It looks like an African painted wooden tribal mask. The paint has faded which may indicate age, and help identify its origin.
This wooden mask decorated with metal and beads looks African. It is hand carved with these dimensions 8 1/2 " by 25".
