Purell Stains on Leather Purse?

I have dribbled Purell Hand Sanitizer on my expensive tan leather purse. It has left several ugly cloudy stains, how do I remove them? The purse manufacturer suggests not to use any oil based leather cleaner. What then?

I would take it to my shoe repair guy. Nobody knows leather better.
