Repairing a Broken Key

Here's a nifty idea to repair a broken key - the ones with a circular shaft. File a flat on the end and use an electrical strip connector as shown in the diagram:

They are quite cheap to buy, and you can cut off any length you need.

It works a treat and saved me from buying a new key!
