This is a very juicy pie. It's tomatoes after all, so be prepared for drippage! If you don't care for tomato skins like me, they pull right off with your fork.
A refreshing side dish for fish, chicken and other meats. Try some on burritos, tacos or with chips.
When I was growing up I couldn't eat anything that was made with milk. That included a few of the cake frostings that my Grandmother used to make. Generally people add milk and butter to the powdered sugar to make a frosting for their cakes. However, my Grandmother had a delicious recipe that didn't use powered sugar or milk.
