Watermelon Pops

This is one of my favourite healthy desserts to make from leftover watermelon. If you want to get fancy, blend in a few fresh mint leaves. So delicious!

Cook Time: None

Total Time: 4 hours (to freeze)

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Blend watermelon, honey, and lime juice in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into ice cube tray or popsicle molds. Using the sticks are optional.
  3. Freeze for four hours. They will pop right out of the molds.
