This is one of my favourite healthy desserts to make from leftover watermelon. If you want to get fancy, blend in a few fresh mint leaves. So delicious!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: None
Total Time: 4 hours (to freeze)
- 3 cups watermelon
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- Blend watermelon, honey, and lime juice in blender until smooth.
- Pour into ice cube tray or popsicle molds. Using the sticks are optional.
- Freeze for four hours. They will pop right out of the molds.
