Mango Jelly Iced Pops on plateThe season of mangos has come. When there are plenty of mangos around I make them into desserts; especially the almost overripe fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup ripe mango sliced into cubes
  • 2 Tbsp gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water

Steps:

  1. Blend one portion of evaporated milk and mango cubes until well mixed.

  3. Dissolve gelatin in water.

  5. Place over low heat and stir in remaining evaporated milk.
  6. adding gelatin to pan
     
  7. Add the condensed milk and continue stirring until near boil.

  9. Pour blended mango mixture into milk gelatin mixture and incorporate well.
  10. adding blended Mango to pan
     
  11. Pour mixture in ice candy plastic wrappers and place in freezer to set.
  12. batter poured into plastic wraps for ice pops
     
    filled Mango Jelly Iced Pops ready to freeze
