Swiss 'n Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 2 cup (8 oz) shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 2 cups croutons
  • 1 cup salad dressing (mayo)
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted (or almonds)

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except nuts. Put in casserole, sprinkle with nuts. Bake 40 min.

Serves 6

This looks SO yummy! I'm going to serve with brown rice and mixed veggies for this week. Thanks for the great idea! - 6/27 This *was* a yummy dinner. I served it over wide egg noodles with mixed veggies. Very savory and well liked by even the kids!
