With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in food coloring, then crushed cookies. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

Sounds delicious...gonna try this soon! Btw, more specific amounts would be nice when submitting a recipe, (ie: cream cheese, whipped topping) since there are a couple different sizes of packages or containers available in some ingredients. For myself, I would be able to choose the correct one, but I'm sure many beginner bakers use this site for recipes.
