#1 Pasta with eggs:
2cups flour
1 Tsp salt (optional)
2 eggs
warm water
Set up machine. Place desired die in hot water. Put flour and salt in machine conrainer. Break eggs into measuring cup and add water up to line marked 2 eggs with water. Note: For best consistency add 2 tsps of olive oil into cup before adding water.
Beat mixture in measuring cup thoroughly.Affix die to machine. Screw knob onto nozzle, tightening by hand. Place cover on machine. Push switch to mix. Very slowly pour 1/3 liquid at a time through slot in cover, allowing the dough to mix evenly. When dough looks fairly dry, pull switch forward to extrude position. This should be after 3 minutes of mixing.
I have the Creative Pasta Express X500, but it was made the same as Popeil, so it should be almost the same. Hope this helps Bonnie. lindancs
