Fuse Blows When Using Heatpump in Heat Mode

The fuse on the electrical board at my home that controls the air conditioner/heater (heatpump) trips off within 30 minutes of my turning it on. It was working fine in the cooling mode. What could be the problem? How do I change the fuse?
