I have high gloss floor tiles. They have marks on them that I cannot remove. They are scratches from a metal bucket I used while washing the floor. They are smooth to the touch and are on the surface only . I have tried Metho, Kero, CLR, acetone, glycerin, eucalyptus and all the scours and can get my hands on.

These may not be scratches at all, but only metal marks. If Bar Keepers Friend or Zud were not among the cleansers you tried, then try one of them. They will chemically remove the metal marks.

Have you tried those Magic Erasers? They are great for black scuff marks, newsprint ink, etc. They work when liquid cleaners don't even touch the marks.
