Can Too Much Laundry Detergent Ruin Machine and Clothing?

Is it true that using too much detergent can ruin my washing machine and clothing much quicker then normal?

If you are doubling and tripling the suggested amounts recommended by the detergent company, then yes.

Yes. Use distilled white vinegar in place of fabric softner. It will get your clothes really clean and it will not leave a smell. Promise.
