Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve with Cool Whip.
I'd like to try this. It's sounds easy and I love coconut. But I want to be sure. You don't use any crust to start with like a pastry or graham cracker crust? Just pour the custard like mixture into a greased pan? It doesn't stick? Sounds too good to be true.
