1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted {I use two medium size avocados}
1/4 to 1/2 cup sour cream {depending on amount of avocado used}
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce, to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt
4 large leaves red leaf lettuce
2 large tomatoes, cut into thick slices {about 1/4-inch}
8 slices cooked bacon
Directions
Combine avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of salt. Blend with fork until smooth. Spread each warmed tortilla with 3 tablespoons {or a bit more} of the avocado spread. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. Fold in sides and roll up.
