Running and walking dogs is one of the best things you do for a dog. Not only does it exercise their bodies but also their minds. They need to smell different smells outside of their normal environment. Everyday or every other day for at least 30 min. take the dog for a walk/run outside of its normal environment. They need to explore and burn energy like they were bred to do.
