Ingredients:

2 c. plain flour
1 c. boiling water
1 c. crisco
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Boil water with the salt, pour the water in with crisco stir until crisco is almost all melted. Pour water/crisco mixture over flour stir until well mixed, may need to add a little flour for right consistency. Pour out on floured board and kneed a few minutes. Divide into 3 equal size balls wrap in wax paper put into freezer about 15 minutes. Knead the dough about a minute and roll out. This will make the flakiest crust you ever had. Makes 3 crusts and the dough feels like silk when you kneed it. GREAT CRUST.
