Italian Beef (Crock Pot)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 cup water
- 3-4 lbs. beef roast
- 3 jalapeno peppers (opt.)
Put in crock pot on low for 8 hours. Can add barbecue sauce, if desired. Serve on steak buns.

Is this a typo? Is this 18 hours or 8 hours?
