Minted Yogurt Dip
- 1 cup skim milk yogurt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1-2 Tbsp. fresh or dried mint, finely chopped
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables or fruits.
