Butterscotch Pie Using Coffee Creamer

Years ago, I made a butterscotch pie using powdered coffee creamer from a recipe on the back of a powdered coffee creamer jar. Does anyone have this recipe? Thanks.

I have been looking for this recipe as I knew I had it saved. Just found it...
Butterscotch Pie w/Creamer
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Corn Starch
1 Cup of Creamer
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Boiling Water
3 Eggs (Separated)
1/4 Cup of Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
9" Baked Pie Shell
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

In top of double boiler, combine brown sugar, corn starch, creamer & salt. Add boiling water, cook in double boiler stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Beat egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of water beat into hot mixture and continue cooking, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool and pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually beat in granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Spread over filling in pie shell. Bake in hot over 400 degrees F util meringue is golden brown.

I am going to add the clipping of this saved recipe.
