I have used Tax software for about 10 years. I have used both Turbo Tax and Tax Act. I've stuck with Tax Act for the last 5 years, because it is basically free in my state for one submission, and now can be filled out online without downloading the software.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years now, wouldn't use anything else.
