Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup course chopped walnuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Mix 1st 7 ingredients and fry by spoonfuls in greased pan to brown on both sides. Place patties in a casserole dish and cover with the mushroom soup. Bake at 325 degrees about 25 minutes.
Makes about 4-6 servings.
Recipe can be doubled if desired. This goes well at potlucks, no one ever guesses it's not meat!
