Chocolate-Covered Raisin Cookies
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cup chocolate covered raisins
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar in bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add mixture of flour, soda and salt gradually mixing well after each addition. Stir in raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375. Cool slightly on cookie sheet.
