You can change this to many different flavors. Just use this basic recipe, but add chocolate syrup, or crushed pineapple, or fresh strawberries. Or you can flavor with a spoonful of Jello powder straight from the box or KoolAid straight from the package and make any flavor you like. My husband's favorite is the basic banana shake with a large spoonful of peanut butter and a little chocolate syrup. And I just keep adding ice cubes until it is as thick as an ice cream shake. A low fat, low calorie treat. And you can cut out most of that sugar and still make a great shake. Harlean from Arkansas
