White Cake Mix in a Jar
Ingredients
2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup non fat dry milk
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions
Mix well and place in 2 qt. Mason jar.
Attach the following directions:
Add:
3 egg whites
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 jar of mix
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. oil
Combine all ingredients in 2 qt mixing bowl. Mix well pour into 9x13 inch pan and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Frost if desired

SORRY EVERYONE, THE OIL NEEDS TO BE ADDED WHEN YOU ADD WET INGREDIENTS NOT WHEN MAKING THE DRY MIX FOR THE JAREditor's Note: I fixed it on the recipe
