Ingredients
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 2\3 cup sugar
- 1\4 cup butter, melted
- 1 12-oz jar caramel topping
- 1 1\2 cups pecans
Directions
Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, stir until dissolved. Stir in caramel topping and butter, stir well. Add pecans, pour in pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Chill leftovers if there is any, never is at my house. Is super alone or if you like add a scoop of whip cream or ice cream.
