Powder Carpet Freshener Stains
I spot cleaned some areas on my carpet and then sprinkled down some carpet freshener and vacuumed it up, but when the spots dried there were white rings around the spots. Does anyone know how I can get these out? I tried cleaning the area again with a rug shampooer.

I would use the liquid clorox 2 that comes in pink bottles etc. It is a laundry soap and wont foam or mess up your machine. I would do a hot water run 1st to see if that takes it out though. sounds like leftover residue. HTH Happy Holidays Julie
