Taking Zinc for Sweat and Colds

A neighbor claimed he could sweat and it never smelled because he took zinc daily.

Zinc helps the body heal faster but do not take it on an empty stomach! I give it to my kids along with C and A for colds.

I believe zinc is the #1 ingredient in products like Cold Ease which work great but are costly. I decided to go with straight zinc instead of cold medicine and it seems to work.
