Caramel Pecan Pie
- 36 caramels
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecans
Melt caramels and margarine in top of double boiler. Combine rest of ingredients and add to caramels. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Makes 1 9 inch pie.
