Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage(may use pork sausage instead)
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Worcesteshire sauce
- 1 pound diced cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 2 packages cocktail rye bread
Directions
Brown ground beef and Italian sausage and onion until done. Drain. Add seasonings and mix well. Add cheese, stir until melted. Spread on rye bread and freeze on cookie sheets. When frozen, place in bags. When ready to serve, place frozen pizzas on cookie sheet in 400 degree F oven for 10 minutes.
