- 1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Lawry's seasoning salt (pinch)
- garlic powder (pinch)
- parsley (pinch)
- Minute Rice
Mix cream of mushroom soup and 8 oz. sour cream. Add seasoning and spread over chicken in 9x13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.

I like to bake chicken quarters in the oven with cream of mushroom soup over them and serve them over egg noodles.

Baked Mushroom Chicken
Try pork chops done this way. Use instant rice, a can of drained green beans, top with chops. Pour soup over all, cover and bake. One dish supper. Just add bread and done! (06/27/2007)
