To keep your pet healthy, give her/him one teaspoon of olive oil daily in food. You will be amazed how it will improve their coat and their well being. My pets have not had any problems using it daily, however as a precaution, monitor potty habits.

I would caution that if the pet is overweight, to keep the amount fed very small. It's pure calories, pound for pound. If overfed, it gets stored under the skin and you'll see pads and bumps of fat that's on top of fat. Not good. I fed oil to my horses for years, I quit and now feed BOSS (black oil sunflower seeds) I've still got the shine, plus the omegas. Just go easy and keep an eye out.

Not only give it to your pets but give it to yourself!
