Peach Cream Pie

This is a real Amish recipe for Peach Cream (or as my friend Lizzy calls it Peach Custard) Pie:

Ingredients and Directions

Arrange fresh peach slices to cover a raw pie shell generously. Sprinkle a cup of brown sugar over the peaches and pour a cup of REAL cream that has a heaping tablespoon of flour blended in it. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 till a knife comes out clean 45 to 60 minutes or so.

That sounds so delicious. I wish they had the bushels of peaches cheap at the end of the season like they used to. But this is worth paying full price. I can't wait to try it. Peach pie is a favorite of mine. Thanks ever so much for such a good sounding pie. Valery
