He likes to eat, sleep on one of our laps. Dig through purses trying to find treats (our one daughter in law started this and he does it to every purse he can now), go for long walks and pee on every bush in existence, get a new toy and rip out the sqeaking part of toy, eat, sleep on anyone's lap. Play with other animals.
His best friend is the cat next door. One of his best friends is our granddaughters 130 pound Lab. Having his ears scratched, being combed nightly, taking a bath every 6 weeks and having his hair clipped really short. Eat, sleep and if no lap is available will settle for his favorite spot on the couch. In other words while many would consider him a dog he considers himself the head of the household.
Our five grown children complain about Patches because he gets whatever he wants. He is most likely treated better than our children when they were growing up. Guess what? Most likely he is, but he never asks for money or to borrow the car!

He is adorable and one spoiled rotten lil one, of course that is the way it is supposed to be. I have a lil mix dog and he is spoiled. I just finished washing all his winter sweaters and coats. He has more coats than me! They deserve it after all the love they bring to us.
He certainly looks comfy and I love his story and especially the last couple of sentences ;-)
