Ingredients
- Seasoned mashed potatoes
- 3 cups of your favorite medium white sauce
- 2/3 cup grated American cheese
- 2 cups cubed, cooked or canned ham
- 1 can cooked carrots
- 1 can peas, drained
Directions
Shape the potatoes into serving size nests on a greased baking sheet and bake in a very hot oven, 450 degrees F, until browned. Combine the sauce, cheese, ham, carrots and peas and heat thoroughly. Place into the potato nests and serve.
