Heat water, salt and sugar to boiling. Simmer for 5 additional minutes. Remove from heat; stir in passion fruit juice. Cool to room temperature. Divide mixture evenly among 3 small ziploc freezer bags lay flat freezer until firm. When ready to serve mash the bag to soften the contents then scoop into individual serving dishes.
Frozen Passion: Pour one can Borden Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk) & one 28 ounce bottle sody (or two 12 oz. cans of soda) into bowl & mix. Pour in ice cube trays or loaf pan. Freeze in the freezing compartment of refrigerator until a firm slush is formed. Beat till smooth. Freeze till firm. Makes one quart. lol Couldn't resist. :)
