High School Homecoming Float

Don't know if it's something you could do, but the 1st image that came to mind is a rocky beach with warriors lying/crouching on it with arms and/or shields raised in a futile effort to fend off huge, angry waves brought in by a terrible, angry black storm!

How about something with a lighthouse or a beacon, because your storm doesn't want to crash on their Rocks!

Our high school is having a homecoming parade and we don't have an idea for our float. We are the Fergus Golden Eagles. Our colors are blue and gold. Our football team is playing the Belgrade Panthers for our homecoming game. Their colors are black and green. We need ideas for a float.

I need ideas for a football float for homecoming in early October. We are called the Knights. Our colors are blue and white. We play the Rebels. We are thinking of using 2 pickup trucks. It needs to be creative, but spending is limited. Please help.
