Tell me if you like this we are the Ragland Devils and we are playing the Jefferson Christian Lightning! The theme is back to the 70's. I was thinking of doing get the funk out our face and have the lightning dancing and the devils running the ball past them for a touchdown.

I'm a junior at hazelwood west, I'm in charge of the float for orchestra and every year we win 1st place. This year our theme is island paradise which seems really easy to think of ideas for the trailer but all the stores in our area don't carry pomps anymore, does anyone has suggestions of what else we can use for pomps?

Alright...We're building the Seniors homecoming float. We don't have a theme. We are the Rangers (Maroon and White) playing the Jaguars (I'm not sure of their colors.)

Last year for the junior's float, we had basically a Hay trailer, an old flat-bed truck, and big banners that said "Eat Dirt Mustangs!" We won second place, but honestly, the float was pretty much just a bunch of kids riding through town on a hay trailer blasting country music. Fun, but not super creative.
Anyways, ideas would be helpful.

we had an idea for a float: have a bulldozer running over a mascot and say flatten the___________.
another on is have a train and say all aboard the (your mascot such as the wildcats) express. and have the opposing team mascot tied to the tracks.

We are the Pioneers playing the Wildcats for homecoming. We have an old tradition of decorating our homeroom doors the week of homecoming so everyone can see the different displays. So far, we have the Pioneer Mascot on the football field in front of the kicking tee and the Wildcat is flying throught the air towards the goal post. We desperately need a slogan though ASAP so we can get this finished. Any suggestions?? email me at (remove spaces) rbl henderson (at) hotmail (dot) com

We're the Hurricanes and playing the Wildcats. Our theme is "Welcome to the Jungle"

Editor's Note: How about a Wildcat hanging on for dear life in a palm tree that is blowing over, like in a hurricane?

Have the eagle in a swooping motion, picking up the panther by the scruff of the neck and maybe your slogan could be..."Flying off to another victory"....????

Good Luck!
