- 1 kg. whole chicken (skin removed, cut up, and rinsed)
- 1 large egg beaten
- salt and pepper according to taste
- 1 Tbsp. ginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- bread crumbs
- oil for frying
Put chicken in a pan add spices, ginger and garlic, a little water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes and remove form heat and drain on paper towel. Dip the chicken pieces in egg and then in bread crumbs and fry till golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve with salad or sauce.
