How can I fix a lamp shade that leans to one side? I've tried rubber bands, cardboard, tape, etc. nothing helps. Any info will be appreciated. The lamp is the type that you put the bulb in after you put on the shade. Thank you.

This could be caused by a bent shade bracket and not the shade at all. If it is the bracket they are very easy to replace at low cost, pretty much most anyone is able to do this fix as it usually requires no tools just a good pair of hands. If it IS the shade, place it upside down on a firm carpeted floor and holding with your feet on either side start to slowly but firmly push the bottom of the shade to the direction needed to straighten it remembering to turn the shade as well as to make sure the rebent shade will become straight again and hang properly.
