Contact the company and request a manual. There are many recipes on line for bread makers too. Just put the recipe in the machine as per instructions. In mine the water/liquid goes first, the dry mix, yeast on the top. Also there are different sizes for breads. Don't go beyond your capacity, or risk damage to the machine, or bread not coming out like it should. My machine makes 1.5 And 2 pound loafs. Back in the 90's Donna German wrote a series of bread machine cook books. They were $8.95 Each and I bought them for less from a store called bj's here in New England. Good luck to you.
