Use mayonnaise instead of oil when baking a chocolate cake. The texture and taste are so much better!

Can "light" mayonnaise be used?

I have always substituted mayo instead of oil and yes it does come out very moist. Use either Hellmans mayo or Best Foods mayo which is made by Hellmans.
