Although this one is for Raspberry Cream Pie, all you have to do is switch fruits. ;-)
Raspberry Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream 1/8 tsp almond extract 3/4 cup sugar 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup water 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice One 9 inch pie crust, baked and cooled
Directions:
Beat the cream and almond extract until stiff peaks form in a large bowl.
Bring the sugar, gelatin and water to a simmer over medium heat in a saucepan and stir until the sugar and gelatin dissolve.
Remove from the heat, add the berries and lemon juice and gently stir until the mixture begins to thicken.
Very gently fold the berry mixture in to the whipped cream and spread in to the pie crust and refrigerate overnight.

Strawberry Pie
Mix together: 1 Box Strewberry Jello 1 Cup Hot Water Set this aside
Mix together 1 Box frozen Strawberries Thawed 1 Cup White Sugar (Not Powdered) 1 1/2 Cups Whipped Topping (example DreamWhip)
Now mix the 2 mixtures together Pour into prebaked pie shell (must be cold) Top with fresh strawberries sliced in halves if you like. Chill until ready to serve.
