i read that as an x-men thong at first. perhaps you could find some x-men print fabric? ok sorry. do you really need a pattern though for that? i'd just thrift one and copy it, well maybe it'd be hard to find one. you could make a modified pattern from a woman's thong..
The person at this site says they will help you and there is a pattern here. I guess just measure to make the pattern the right size.
