- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. macaroni (8oz.), cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Brown sausage and onion in skillet. Pour off drippings. Add milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in macaroni and 1 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
