Easy! Roll up individual diapers, rubber band around each one. Then stack them and decorate with ribbon or whatever you like.

If you want an edible cake, make a sheet cake, pipe icing around edges then place miniature baby items on top (they can be found in any one dollar store, like dollar tree). Hope this helps.

Please be specific. Do you want to make a cake that is edible? Or do you want to make a diaper cake as a gift to give to the new mother?
