Easy! Roll up individual diapers, rubber band around each one. Then stack them and decorate with ribbon or whatever you like.

If you want an edible cake, make a sheet cake, pipe icing around edges then place miniature baby items on top (they can be found in any one dollar store, like dollar tree). Hope this helps.
