Keep Butter from Burning

Often while sauteing, my butter easily burns. To prevent this I add a small amount of oil to the mixture.

Keep the temp low so it will be golden not burned.

You can clarify your butter, and it will not burn.

I usually just turn the heat down a bit and shake the pan while stirring the saute but I'll have to try this in a pinch :-) Thanks for the tip :-)

Tip: Keep Butter from Burning

To keep butter from burning, add a little oil to the pan. You will have the butter flavor but no smoking or burning.
