Sweet Cheese Ball Recipes

I am looking for sweet cheese ball recipes, for example key lime or white chocolate. The mixes can be purchased online or in specialty stores. I would like to make my own.

This recipe is my family's favorite and I've given out the recipe many times. Not very low-cal but delicious!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter (no substitutes)
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate or cinnamon chips (reg size is okay too)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars; beat just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Shape into a ball and refrigerate again until you can roll it in the nuts.
(i just put it in a bowl and sprinkle the nuts on top)

Serve with regular, chocolate or cinnamon graham crackers. The new graham sticks work well also.

Enjoy!
